  • Highest Grade led – A 25 at Patonga; hardest on-site trad route would be the Plimsal line 22 Mt Arapiles
  • Most Favorite route – Kachoong 21 Mt Arapiles

  • Most disappointing moment – Can't say I have any real disappointing moments
  • Best moments – In the early days the best moments were spent on the belay ledges with good friends at Mt Arapiles, and meeting my wife at the bottom of the Watch Tower face Mt Arapiles
  • Most satisfying – Putting up my own routes so that others can enjoy them many years later.
  • Training – Drinking beer and walking around climbing stores
  • Indoor Gym – Not for some years ………
  • Ethics – No chipping; don't bring the route down to your level.
  • Heros – It would have to be Wolfgang Gullich. I was devastated when I heard he had been killed. Also Stefan Glowacz
  • Most significant climbing issue – Access
  • Most significant issue. - People who still eat endangered animals
  • Favorite food – sushi, (French) cheese , all meats
  • Favorite drink – wine & beer
  • Favorite food & drink on the rock – I like the French way - find a nice shady spot by the crag and break out the red wine, fresh baguette, camembert cheese and a selection of pastries.
  • Why do you climb – its Fun!
